The old way I had in place to receive support requests did not allow me to organize my time to help the person. The requests were sent directly to me, and with the other stuff I receive it's hard to keep those in priority. Now, I have it where you can post your problem/question in the Forum. That way, instead of clogging up email, I can help my clients with messages on my website. Now, none of us will be wondering if the other person got the email or not.
You have to be a member in order to post in the Forum, but I made it easier for you to aquire membership. When you send me an online form with your problem, I'll make the account for you. Don't worry, it's still free, and will always be free.
